Dawn light illuminates the jagged peaks of the Fitz Roy Range. Parque Nacional Los Glaciares, Argentina - November.

Because this region of Patagonia is so far south near the southern tip of South America, the days are very long during the spring. Much to my delight, the pre-sunrise dawn light lasts for about an hour and a half! At the peak of this dawn light, the mountains glow with a warm purplish orange color.
